The BrickKicker Report System is designed in a manner that presents a comprehensive and descriptive overview of component condition based on "relative age standards". In this manner, an item is reviewed and evaluated in terms of its current condition as it relates to comparable properties of the same age. This approach has been proven both fair and practical.
Along with this unique rating system, the report format presents a graphic representation and snapshot view for an easy-to-read analysis that can be provided to you on-site or if you are unable to join us during the inspection we can forward it to you in an electronic format.
In addition to the report, we provide a unique 3-ring binder. This 3-ring binder has been conveniently packaged to offer you easy access to reference specific documents pertaining to the transaction process and beyond. This will be a valuable resource you will want to keep to help you maintain the home after you move in.

*Please Note: Because we care about the quality of the report given to the customer, an on-site report will not be available to everybody (even if requested). Some homes may have issues that need further evaluation before the report can be finished. In cases when the report is not printed on site, the report will be ready no more than 24hrs after the conclusion of the inspection.
